For the past fortnight, High Ultra Lounge has been hosting a Nibble & Gulp Festival with Asian Tapas with Chef Myo and Colored Shooters paired with the food. This is a take on the Spanish tapas with an Asian twist, and a fun evening with the High staff as well as few Bangaloreans.
High never disappoints me when it comes to their offerings in alcohol, and this time, the pairings were the most intriguing part of the evening. What’s more, the food surprised me even with the limited variety offering plenty of flavor and texture combinations. Here are a few photographs from the evening.
